Rework the dashboard around what needs doing
Summary
- Greeting with name and date, New BRD action.
- Pipeline strip (Drafts, In review, Approved BRDs, FRDs) linking to the libraries.
- Needs your attention list: rejected BRDs, approved BRDs without an FRD, FRDs with open comments, meetings with pending changes, and approvals for admins.
- Compact quick actions instead of four large cards; recent documents include FRDs.
Built on functional-nav-trim (!38 (merged)); merge that first.
Testing
- npm test 1581/1582 (accounts.test.js EBUSY also fails on main).
- Checked in the browser: empty and busy states, links (Create FRD opens BRD to FRD with the source), phone width has no horizontal scroll.
