Focused menu for Functional users, Configuration open to them
Summary
- Built-in Functional role now sees only Dashboard, Lead to BRD, BRD Library, BRD to FRD, FRD Library, Meeting Intelligence, Configuration and My keys. Hidden pages are also blocked by URL. Custom roles are not trimmed.
- Functional gets settings.manage; Zoho Mail, Zoho Assistant accounts and transcript-sync routes now check that permission instead of the Admin role.
- Dashboard cards and FRD Continue to implementation buttons only show when the target page is allowed.
Testing
- npm test: 1581/1582; accounts.test.js EBUSY temp-cleanup failure also fails on main. discovery-transcription has a timing flake unrelated to this change.
