refactor(ui): retire the standalone Generate screen
Lead to BRD covers the same ground with a guided form that starts from a live CRM Lead, so the older interview screen was a second, weaker way into the same generator. Drop the view, its navigation entry and its row in the access matrix; the /api/generate route and the pipeline behind it are unchanged, so drafts, exports and library saves behave as before.
Rebuild the esbuild bundle.
