Mic on every field, simpler AI settings and one UI size scale
Adds voice input on every text field with Smart fill, the topbar app switcher, the simpler AI settings page, and one app-wide type, icon and control scale enforced by tests/ui.test.js. Also tightens meeting change revisions and DGS skipped-module checks. npm test 1709 of 1710 (saveCursors in tests/syncState.test.js flaked in the parallel run and passes 3 of 3 alone). test:browser passes.
