Rewrite the README around features and quick start
Lists what the app does today (Lead to BRD auto-fill, client research, house BRD template, analyzer, FRD and implementation flow, Build Queue, meeting intelligence, Ask ETPL, Zoho Assistant, roles, PWA), adds a flow diagram, a quick start, key settings and a docs index, and drops outdated claims such as the second BRD template.
