Add a developer Build Queue for function and client-script plan items
Approved function and client-script items from approved Zoho or platform-neutral implementation plans now appear in a Build Queue page for anyone with Zoho Assistant access. "Open in builder" opens the assistant with the item pre-filled (situation, module, function type); "Send to build queue" brings the code back to the main app, which saves it to the plan item after the person confirms. Build results are versioned in their own table so approved plans stay immutable, and a plan with build history cannot be deleted.
Also fixes the "FaCopy Code" button labels in the Function Builder.
