Meeting summaries, and briefs that still fill when the AI is busy
- The Zoho Mail sync no longer copies BRD/FRD attachments to data/zoho-mail-archive. It keeps their text, search vectors and a pointer (account, folder, message, attachment); the original is fetched from the mailbox on demand through GET /api/zoho-mail/original, which serves only indexed attachments and respects project access.
- Ask ETPL's citations for mail documents get an "Open original" button.
- Uploaded recordings are deleted once their transcript is saved (failed jobs keep theirs for Retry), and completed jobs' leftovers are removed on startup.
- Transcription jobs write their state to disk before changing it in memory, which fixes the flaky "resumes after a failure" test.
