Fill each brief from its own client's meetings; accept existing transcripts

  • Overview 0

Auto-fill copied modules, timeline, objectives and more from the "most similar" past brief, and any brief with the same product counted as similar, so new Leads came out with another client's data. Other clients' briefs are now context only, never copied, and only count as similar when the industry or the problem actually overlaps.

Picking a new Lead now asks for its meetings first (recording, transcript file or pasted text) and fills the brief once they are in. Transcript files (.vtt, .srt, .txt, .docx, .pdf) and pasted notes are saved straight to the Lead without uploading or transcribing the recording again, and a finished upload is no longer lost when its panel is closed.
